Shipping: Delivery costs are not included in the item price and will be calculated and displayed at checkout before final payment.
On-Demand Production: All prints are produced specifically for the Customer by our Partner laboratory "Picto" in Paris, France.
Lead Time: Production and handling typically take between 2 to 5 business days before the order is dispatched. Shipping times are additional and vary by destination.

Our prints are fragile items. To be eligible for a replacement or refund in case of damage during transit, the Customer must follow this procedure:
Check at delivery: Inspect the package in the presence of the carrier.
